Software warranty is 14 days. If you are not satisfied in using the service, you can request a refund of 90% from the software only within 14 days from the date of software installation. No refund is allowed for door access installation, door access parts, tripod turnstile, computer, printer, cash drawer, readers, webcam or any other hardware devices supplied.
